Toys for Tots Collection Drive - Honolulu Hale, Hawaii 12-15

Tory, the commanding officer of the 501st Legion Pacific Outpost, invites the Rebel Legion Endor Base to participate in the Toys for Tots Collection Drive.

WHAT: Toys for Tots Collection Drive
WHEN: December 15, 2009
TIME: Meetup at 5:00 pm (Collection from 6:00 to 9:00 pm)
WHERE: Honolulu Hale (Dressing Room is Room 306)
COSTUME TYPES: Formal Rebel Legion approved costumes.
PARKING: parking is available in the Civic Center Parking Lot (on the corner of Alapai and Beretania Streets)
ADDITIONAL INFO: USMC will be on-hand to assist in toy collection, troopers will be continuously present (that means we’ll take breaks in shifts). Canon event.

SIGN UPS: Please post in this forum if you'd like to participate in the event. Let us know which costume you will be volunteering in, so we can get the list of participants back to Tory and the Pacific Outpost.

I'd talked to Tory directly and then forget to check the site concerning this Surprised

Do you see the trend? These new fangled methods of staying in touch elude me. Blogs, My twitting, Space Book Status,... I'm so 1980's when it comes to staying in touch.

Did Toys for Tots last night and had a hoot (yes I am looking to start a Beverly Hillbillies costuming group)

Really enjoyed this function, I'm glad the local 501st invited me, really helps put you in the Christmas Spirit

Actually there were 2 of us. A gentlemen who's name escapes me was there in a totally kick arse Cmdr Cody costume.

Though he was there representing the 501st
