Hello, in a series of costumes that I have planned, I decided to start in the first instance.
Here the progress I've been collecting equipment thanks to the tips are posted here.

Equipo del cinturón/Belt equipment

Botas/Boots

Query: U.S. stands stay or be removed. I do not play much the cartridge by its value, nor pretend that the suit is not approved for it.

Thank you very much, I figure next week are coming through more parts. And soon I start with the vest, parka and dust.

Great start...
and
the road ahead is long..

The Endor commando is not an easy costume to make and it is always great to see more members taking on this task.

I am helping a fellow Nar Shaddaa Base member with his Endor Commando...I remember how difficult making mine was...so since I have already been down that road, I like to try to help my fellow base mates.

The gaiters-I ran out of the tan fabric...so I backed the gaiters with a dark brown fabric..you will not see that dark brown when on...I also added the eyelets for the shoe strings since I made the gaiters..

The capped sleeve vest:

Next up, the ANH-15.
I got lucky when I made my Endor several years ago and was able to still find a real ANH 15 from an on-line surplus store.

Most of them are now gone and you either have to find an ANH-15 on E-bay or make your own...
Where I had made the pleated portion of the soft helmet for my ERS...I had not actually done a hand made version of the ANH-15...
so..
this is my first shot at that...
and it is certainly not the easiest thing to do..

my pleated portion and the one in progress:

pieces cut:

the ANH so far:

Saludos.

Thanks for the photos! Of your vest is going to be very helpful.
Certainly it is a long, I started with this idea in January, I have read and
seen pictures, and then tracked over the Internet to find what I thought was the closest to what we see on screen.
I hope to do a good job and that the Rebel is okay with this.
At the end of the month, if the postal service allows, I'll have more news.
Greetings.

Thanks Angel!

Otro avance.
Another step forward. I was looking for ways to purchase a plate, until I decided to build it. Here the result without the paint, fresh from 3D printing.

and a pre-assembled, so it looks like it's going to be

Don't forget to do the modifications on the cap like removing the straps on the back and taking off the "bill" on the front.

Personally I hate seeing WWII memorbilia get cut up for costumes, that's why Sunrider made a pattern and did the replicas.

This is one I am making from Sundrider's pattern...

Considering I haven't got a clue as to what I am doing
on this Endor soft helmet/ANH replica..

it is turning out better than expected...
though far from perfect..

Now that I have in hand, I get the question of making changes and losing a good piece of history.

Extra consultation: the pilots of A and B wing also use this same helmet without the leather straps?
