I used moosgummi as the base and to make it more stable its partially covered with worbla, plus the details are again from moosgummi. Will post coloured fan part today :-)

First full test, just a quick one so I managed to close it other way round, Obi slipped down a bit plus need someone to help attach beads next time so:

Wow! That's looking great! On your headdress, the strands look really dark. Is that just the lighting? I believe it's supposed to be all gray and silver.

Well I used a mix of different gray shades, hematite/black and silver beads, but its photographed at night so its darker I guess.
Will try to make some daylight photos before making approval photos. I plan on taking it to Celebration London so all other adjustments will have to wait after :-)

I think the black and dark pearls may be too heavy and thus overshadowing the more silver ones. But overall it's looking good.

I agree with Lora on that one, the black pearls and black lace are really over-powering the silver/gray of the headdress. It otherwise looks fantastic though! I can't wait to see Celebration photos of this costume in action.
