Getting a lot closer.
I'm currently working on sewing an undersuit and am still missing the boot parts, thermal and leg ammo pouch.
got the supplies to start the electronics from Frys
this looks really confusing but its the basic rig for testing purposes of the LEDs in the gauntlet
Finished weathering the gauntlets and the cut chest
Weathered the inside of the pieces that the white may show up on
Bought a bunch of material to start making the undersuit and bandolier
I haven't sewn in 15 years so this was a learning experience
The bandolier. its a bit rough but hopefully with the pouches and loops and such it will be less noticeable.
The finished gauntlet that has lights in it. off and on
Rigged a button on the back that would be easy to turn it off and on
Made a heatbended plastic shim inside that holds the battery in and makes it easy to get to
Current status:

Dude, you look awesome already. Where did you order the kit from? And do they have any for the cannons the Commandos carry? _________________ "Life here began out there, those are the first words of the Sacred Scrolls. its a TZA kit. I think he has a thread on the sales forum.
I think there may be one guy building the cannon so far but its pretty big so not sure if there will be a kit or not. _________________

I took a 2" elastic strip and have it attached on the inside of the hips. it wraps over the top and down the side and there is a snap on it that snaps to the H plates. Seems to work pretty good so far!
I actually rigged the shoulders like my TK setup. its a snap under the chest armor shoulder area that goes to a 2" elastic and then a snap in the middle of the shoulder. When i finish the undersuit and it has the shoulder pads, I am also going to have a velcro strip that the shoulder bells will stick to for stability _________________

Do you have a link to the TZA thread? I'm having no luck finding it.
Also, your other thread showed a blaster rifle, did you buy a kit that or did you make it yourself? _________________ "Life here began out there, those are the first words of the Sacred Scrolls. Thanks man, i'll look into both. I always wanted to make an armor costume like this. I'll see if I can find a rifle or way to make the cannon first though.
Your suit looks amazing btw. Did you buy yours on Coruscant or on Ord Mantel? _________________ "Life here began out there, those are the first words of the Sacred Scrolls. And they were told to us, by the Lords of Kobol, and they made it perfectly clear that we are not alone in this universe!"

Whew, big update incoming. Decided to sew my own undersuit. Spent a whole week, but its finally done.
the ab part
It ended up being too puffy and would just bulge out when I wore it so i scrapped it and made on with thinner lining
the original one:
Sewing the sleeves. Drew lines on the inside with a silver sharpy. Helped a lot for the lines
Decided to sew a havoc logo on the back of the jacket part. But in the end I had to cut out the whole back for breathability and to be able to move my arms. Replaced it in the end with elastic.
Arm number 2 is sewn up. I used a pattern from Joanns for the shape.
oh, and here is what the undersuit looks like without the armor
For movablitly and breathability I replaced the back with elastic strips and also cut out the elbows which are hidden by the elbow armor anyways. I also added snaps for the biceps and elbows to the arms.
and here is the finished undersuit with the armor on top. Still have to weather the white and sew on the back of the knee pads on the knees.
Repainted the rifle to a silver to match the reference a little more. Just needs some weathering left.

It's a very thin vinyl on top and a thin black cloth for a liner. _________________
