Last days I am working on a B-Wing Chestbox. I use a picture of the auctions box,made it large in the original size 91/2x 91/4 and use it as a template.For tehe model I use foamplates.Will made some finer works on the model and net step to made a silicon mold.Than I can made a vacfoam bucket.

Though the original was actually 9" x 9".

Looks great. I've molded mine and its going to be resin. Of course I need to router out the back to make it a shell. One issue with the vacuum forming, The edges are straight down, not angled. So its going to be a pain in the arse to pull the plastic off of the master. I did that as well, and it cracked and didn't look good at all. That's why I went with resin.
