In the event that Rebel Legion/RL Members (those with an active RL membership) and/or RL Supporters (those not yet holding an active RL membership but are in the application process or those too young to apply for full membership) with the same Face Character costume wish to attend the same Medium or Low Profile Event, Rogue Base's policy will be as follows (for High Profile events, please see the policy outlined in Article VIII of the Rebel Legion charter: http://www.rebellegion.com/legion-charter/ ):

NOTE: ALL Face Character Costumes in Question must be fit to wear in public. Please keep costumes clean and in good condition. If Rogue Base Command and/or the Event Coordinator deem the costume unfit for public events, the owner/wearer of said costume may be asked to not wear it until it is fit for trooping.

1. Members with active RL status who have committed to attending an event representing Rogue Base of the Rebel Legion who own an approved Face Character Costume will be given precedence over Supporters with the same Face Character Costume for any Medium or Low Profile events. However, it is highly encouraged that Members and Supporters work together to come to an agreement so that both can enjoy the event in costume.

2. Active RL Members who own the exact same approved face character costume that have committed to attend the same Medium or Low Profile event representing Rogue Base of the Rebel Legion will be asked to work out an agreement with each other. Agreement options include but are not limited to: taking turns/shifts in costume, spotting or being event staff instead, and/or wearing a different costume if one is available. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the decision will fall to Base Command and/or the Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator has the right to request a specific member who owns a face character costume be the one wearing that face character costume and represent Rogue Base of the Rebel Legion if that Member is available for their specific event.

3. If any RL Supporters with the same Face Character costume wish to attend the same Medium or Low Profile event representing Rogue Base of the Rebel Legion, and no RL Members will be attending that same event in the same costume, then the Supporters will be asked to come to an agreement with each other. Agreement options include but are not limited to: taking turns/shifts in costume, spotting or being event staff instead, and/or wearing a different costume if one is available. In the event that an agreement cannot be reached, the decision will fall to Base Command and/or the Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator has the right to request a specific Supporter who owns a face character costume be the one wearing that face character costume for their the specific event, but Rogue Base Command will determine if said Supporter will represent Rogue Base/Rebel Legion as well.

Rogue Base is part of the Rebel Legion, an equal opportunity organization. The Charter states "The Rebel Legion values each member regardless of sex, race, religion, creed, nationality, sexual orientation, age, or physical handicap. " In addition, in Rogue Base no discrimination will be tolerated based on one's length of time as a member of the Rebel Legion. New members have the same privileges and rights as those with many years as members of the Rebel Legion .
