It was sculpted out of clay then cast in polystone for the mould. Platsil gel coloured and poured into mold.. Left to cure, then painted. It was sculpted to fit the resin teeth casts. You can see pics in the link above, towards the lower part of the page.

The face is attached by Velcro

I find it helps so you can adjust the foment before you add the hair.

Velcro is glued to the forehead and chin.

The matching Velcro has power mesh/4way stretch fabric sewn to it.
It is then siliconed to the inside of the face to match the other Velcro on the under skull.
I use the same silicone as the face is made off for this part of the process.
