Hi all,

for those interested I am restarted this thread here:

http://www.forum.rebellegion.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=819645#819645

I posted this forum in the RAID with regards to the troopers assigned to bail organa but thought that it might be best suited for here.

http://www.forum.rebellegion.com/forum/viewtopic.php?p=819206#819206

the guards in questions are these:

I'm thinking about doing this but I need to know the episode number to find the backs of them. (3 seconds after this they turn around showing there back.)

this looks like just a pattern as they are able to bend their knees.

also they have varied colouration of the balaclava and different symbols which would mean that these helmets need to be as is with these uniforms.

I think the "boots" is an artistic render of officers boots such as lukes or hans.

we have side shots and front shots in the same screen grab + a close up of the helmet and it looks like that the helmet has a soft parts component to it.

in addition theres a backup so this guy is semi-armoured.

what I can't tell is if the black covering over the shins are armour OR soft armour such as leather spats.

Given what we have seen with them so far, I suspect they may be better suited for RAID, given the way the RLGS charter is written at the moment, but we are discussing opening RLGS membership to a wider range of costumes beyond senators and senate guards.

RAID only accepts original trilogy Troopers. Not Clone wars or Rebels as per there charter.

(First link in my post is in the RAID detachment)

Hm, that might make these a homeless costume for the time being. Not many of our charters, it seems, were written with non-movie costumes in mind. I'll bring this costume to discussion with the Galactic Senate.
