My first pair lasted about 8 years.

I have an extra pair for sale, never used. I needed a smaller size. What size are you looking for?

Gloves need to go up mid-length on the forearm. Those look like they stop just past the wrist. The embossed logo is no-good either.

For the same price and better accuracy, Gregor's suggestion for mystic leather above is excellent. I have them as well. $25 can't be beat.

I agree with the comments regarding Mystic Leather as well. Plus, you will be supporting a small business owner here in the United States.

I'm getting ready to order my gloves later this week.

I got mine from Leather Mystics and they're awesome. It took a bit to get, and I didn't get a lot of communication from the business. But, when they shipped, it only took a day or two to get. All in all, was about 2 weeks from placing the order to receiving the gloves.

I'm starting a rebel pilot costume. What is the overall opinion of textured leather vs smooth? The Leather Mystics gloves seem to have a bit of texture to them and i thought smooth leather was screen accurate for the boots and gloves.

Typically with leather gloves there's really no control over the grain. Sometimes you'll order a pair and each glove will even be different from each other. I wouldn't worry too much about it or else you'll be buying multiple pairs trying to find a perfect match.
