When: SATURDAY, AUGUST 13, 2016

Start & Approx. End times: Gates Open at 4pm / Game start at 6:06pm / Fireworks Intro at 9:30pm


Call Time: 3pm

Changing Room Details: 4TH/5TH FLOOR CONFERENCE ROOM IN THE EAST SIDE CLUB

NOTE FROM ME: With the maximum Cap at 25, all RSVP's between the groups will be first come, first served. If you want to go, your best bet is to confirm as soon as possible!

The Oakland A’s offer an open invite to costumed fan groups to attend their event on August 13, 2016. This is approved by Lucasfilm. The contact information and details for the event are listed below. Please feel free to share this broadly with your clubs!


UPDATED INFO!

· We would like to have everyone meet at 2:45pm here at Oakland Coliseum.

· Please park in A Lot and direct everyone to A Gate. (Map attached)

· I will put every person’s name on the parking list. They will check in with the parking attendant in the far left lane of the 66th entrance.

· We will wristband everyone upon entering.

· We will have a secure conference room/suites for the characters to change and store their costumes.

· We will have suites for characters to watch the game in, when they are not in costume. There will be water provided and each character will get a $10 food voucher for the concession stands.


I will send out the agenda this week. Again, I realize this year it is an ‘open invite’, but we will have activities planned and would love to have characters take part. We have tried to arrange the agenda, so it will be easy for everyone to get around with breaks included.
