Specific Characters: Any characters you wish to provide. Keep in mind we will have members of the 501st present too. So characters which play well with them would be good. One of our volunteers is a near dead ringer for "Rey". She will be wearing a costume. (Happens to be my daughter.) I am not requesting 501st on this form because they are already signed on.
Prop weapons are okay, but best holstered as the event area is small. The Novato PD will be present. They are aware of the 501st and your Rebel group participation and prop weapons and they are okay with that, but requested they stay holstered. We also understand that use of prop weapons is important to the character play and we do not want to dampen that effect. We trust your discretion and experience with reading the crowd's awareness and size of the area you have to "play" in.


Event Description: Meet Legendary Astronauts* Apollo 16 - Charlie Duke, Moonwalker and Apollo 15 - Al Worden, Command Module Pilot. Along with Space Shuttle astronauts Dan Bursch and Greg "Box" Johnson and "Novato's Own" Dr. Yvonne Cagle. See a lunar module and lunar rover. Meet R2-D2 and Golden Gate Garrison 501st Stormtroopers. Meet Hubble Engineer Ed Rezac and check out the space tools he invented. "Ride" in a fighter jet cockpit, see incredible models, learn about space and astronomy, kids' activities and crafts. See a moon rock from NASA/Ames, meteorites, and "play" with the San Marin Robotics Club.

* Charlie Duke and Al Worden will ONLY be signing their books. They will not sign any other items. Meeting, asking questions and photos with the astronauts are encouraged!
