Maximum number of Characters: We can accommodate as many characters that
are available, the venue covers several acres .

Characters Requested: All Characters

Final date by which we need an RSVP or decline: May 31, 2017

Are non-functional prop weapon "Blasters" that resemble firearms permitted?
Yes

If "Blasters" are permitted, do they need to be kept holstered at all times?
Yes

Are prop "lightsabers" with light up blades permitted? Yes

If lightsabers with blades are not permitted, are handles (hilts) holstered
to a belt OK? Yes

Yes we are interested in the "Villains" from the 501st Legion and I have
sent them a request form as well.

Yes we are interested in armored Star Wars "Mandalorian" costumes from the
Mandalorian Mercs. Their website is not working so I was unable to secure
any information.

Secure Changing Room: Yes we can accommodate.

Describe Event: The request is for the 501st Legion to patriciate in a
community event at the Gold Country Fair in Auburn with the charitable
nonprofit arm of the Fair, the Heritage Foundation, a 501 (c) 3 org. The
Heritage Foundation's mission is to maintain and enhance the fairgrounds by
providing financial & volunteer support and educational projects that helps
the community develop an appreciation for agriculture and our natural
resources as well as increase the awareness of our country's history. We'd
like the Rebel Legion Characters to support and work with the Foundation
volunteers during the fair to help bring awareness to the Foundation by
working together in a fun and interactive manner.
