Event Description: We are very excited to invite you to be a part of our special program After Dark: May the Fourth Be With You. We have many people associated with the Star Wars world here for the night: Lorne Peterson (master Star Wars set builder), R2D2s and a life size Rancor. Having your group here would be the perfect addition to our night. We will provide a dressing room for your group with snacks and drinks. We would like you to roam the museum floor in costume and have fun interactions with our guests. After Dark is an 18 and older program with drinking allowed. We curate around a theme for a museum wide program with a series of talks, art installations, hand on activities and demos and science focused content. For this program we are going to be highlighting the Star Wars world and also with a focus on the physics of force. We'd love to host you here and look forward to your reply. A few notes on this troop.

1. Parking is not provided. I am unfamiliar with the area but according to my contact there is limited parking in the area. If you guys can carpool as much as possible it would probably be a benefit. Try to show up as close to 5:00 as possible. ContCt name and phone number is at the bottom of the FIRST POST.

There is an allowance of one guest per Trooper. Again. Please try to carpool.

Also, there is a woman attending who is a documentarian and is looking for female costumers to talk to and record both interviews and B-roll from the troop. The doc is called "Looking for Leia". It is up to you to partake in this and is not associated with the RL or Endor base.

Hi All, just spoke w/ the event host.

Parking can be found:

1) Directly across the street from the venue.
2) Along Green Street which intersects the Embaracadero.
3) Parking lots can be found along Embaracadero and Broadway.
