Ok, this is my first stunt saber build. Got the hilt the way I like it but haven't tried to electronics yet as I think I may have gotten the wrong stuff due to not knowing what I am doing. Here's what I do have (new LED has been ordered and shipped) in the link below.

They are a 12mm Anti Vandal Momentary White Ring Switch, a 1000mA 3.7V Li-ion Single LED Driver, and a 4AAA Battery Holder with JST connector. The new LED is a Luxeon Rebel Star (Green).

Will this all work together or do I need to reorder parts?

You will want a 3.7V Li-Ion battery instead of that AAA holder. You will also need something to regulate power to the LED in your switch. If you don't know the specs, a 20 mA DynaOhm from TCSS will work for you.

How can I recharge said battery without installing a charging port in the hilt? That was the reason for the holder but as you said it won't work with the driver.

Use a chassis. TCSS or 3d printed or even PVC sometimes does the trick. Either you can take it out of the chassis or you can install a rc port in the chassis as well. You don't have to drill a hole in the hilt.
