10/14 Fredericksburg Pohanka Nissan - Rogue Event

Sean Quinn, the Marketing Director for B101.5 and Newstalk 1230 AM (radio stations), contacted me to see if we could have any SW costumers (I think they would want mostly Stormtroopers) at their event where they will be giving away a new leased Nissan Rogue. Sean was our POC for the Spotsy Mall Family Fun Fest.

Here's what he sent me:

...we will be giving away a lease vehicle September – October with Pohanka Nissan. The vehicle is a Rogue…I believe the Nissan Rogue was a huge sponsor of the Rogue One movie when it premiered.

Since we are giving away a Rogue, would a few of your team members be willing to come out and be in costume for the event. Light saber demos, photos, etc? I completely understand, if you say no…as it’s not a major type of event. But I figured I would ask.

Pohanka Nissan (4-Mile Fork)

We will have food vendors on-site…we will have at minimum 100 qualifiers on-site to win the lease. But usually they bring guests and other family members.

Please contact your local event coordinators. LFL won't let us do troops at businesses, especially not to help them market their products. The only exceptions are things like Force Friday at Target or Star Wars Reads at libraries. I can see a possible exception because the Rogue had some licensing stuff going on with Rogue One, but I'm guessing the CO would have to contact LFL and ask.
