Post if you plan to attend. We trooped this concert several years ago and it was a fun night and they took great care of us.

The Owensboro Symphony Orchestra is having a concert that is a tribute to John Williams. The last 3 songs are all from Star Wars

we would LOVE to have costumed characters to make appearances during the concert with music and after concert to interact and take pictures with audience.

Entrance: Loading dock is around back of the building with doors that lead to your dressing room. There will be signage.

Itinerary
Arrive: 5-5:30pm
Greet Guests in Lobby: 6:00 pm
Pre-Concert Events: 6:15pm
Concert Begins: 7pm
Intermission Lobby Photos: 7:30pm
Concert ends: 8:50pm
After Concert Reception(optional): You are invited to partake in the After Party Reception. Food and Drink will be provided. Reception is located in the building next to the concert hall.

Just want to mention that we did an event for them several years ago and it was absolutely incredible. The concert hall was an impressive structure, the guests were delighted to see us, and the venue really rolled out the red carpet for us. Looking forward to this.

I'm guessing we can carpool? And would we possibly get a hotel for the night, or just do a lot of driving in one day?

I am interested in going and could bring Jar-Jar. I could also do Bossk, and maybe they would like my Jurassic Park jeep, if this slot is just for RL it would be Jar Jar. Is it too late to sign up? Will someone get back to me if a slot is still available, or just keep watching this post, or???
