3/3/18 - Star Wars Night with the Stockton Heat

The Stockton Heat is offering an open invite to costumed fan groups to attend their event on March 3rd, 2018. This is approved by Lucasfilm. For event details and participation please contact the team directly. Contact information for the event is listed below. Please feel free to share this broadly with your clubs!

- Please arrive at Stockton Arena by 4:00. We would love for you to start at 5:00 and go until 9:00 if possible

- There will be a changing area just inside the doors of the arena, in one of our large conference rooms. We will divide it for men and women and provide tables, chairs, and hanging racks for costumes/clothes

- We would love to have as many characters in attendance as possible! The sky is the limit for us!!!

- We would like to have a list of characters as they sign up, no later than 1 week prior to the event (2/23/1 Cool

- Lastly, we will provide parking on "Ring Rd." which circles around the arena. It will be free of cost and there is not much of a walk at all.

The list was submitted on 2/23. The RSVP date has passed. I can attempt to see if they will allow late rsvps but please keep in mind that it is technically too late to sign up for this one.
