Comments: Our Annual Holiday Parade happens the First Friday of December each year. Many families come to our thriving downtown to enjoy dinner, hot chocolate and other goodies provided by downtown businesses as they wait for our annual parade that begins promptly at 7:00 pm. Santa makes an appearance in our parade along with many other floats from local organizations, businesses, civic groups, etc. The popular JMU Marching Royal Dukes make an appearance every year as well. This year's theme is "Ringing in the Holidays". We hope to make music and hear bells in our downtown December 1st!
