What's everyone working on?
I've got a Jawa in progress. Waiting for robes and mask from Pixeldust. While that's going on I've been getting the other parts together.
I 3D printed a droid caller:
and I've been working on weathering the bandoliers. I went with a 1903 and a Swiss bandolier, because the Swiss has a gap for the 1903 to sit in. The Swiss has been a lot tougher to weather, it doesn't have all the texture the 1903 does so it doesn't show up as easily.
I also figured I may as well submit my Willrow Hood. For those who don't know, he's this guy who's on screen for maaaybe 2 seconds in ESB, running for his life with his ice cream maker:
I already have a "comedy" Willrow Hood that I wore during the Running of the Hoods at Celebration, so I gave his hair and stache a trim to make him more respectable-looking and sent it in for approval.

Got the Willow Hood submission email, thx for upping both of costume #s & comedy factor!
I have considered a Jawa too- love the noise & mischief you can do in that costume. |

I'm thinking of submitting my Jawa for RL too, but going through NER with it first.
Otherwise, I'm at the beginning stages of my Jakku Rey! Since I have zero experience or capability with sewing/soft parts, I found someone who is commissioning the shirt, pants, body wraps, belt and wrist cuff for me.
The arm wraps are super easy, even for a noob like me lol. They are just medical bandage wraps that are dyed to the right color to match with the rest of the costume.
I'm going to be getting a pouch from Jen in ECG, which she had fixed for RL approval but ended up not using it.
I already have the Pozu boots, which are screen accurate and approved. I ordered the Rey Force FX lightsaber, and I'm going to be constructing her staff on my own as well. I'd like to get myself handy and learning, so this will be a good start! _________________ Carla Giacalone | Devaron Base, BPR | RLGS - Delegation of Assarda DL; UCGR; Wretched Hive, Twin Horn Clan; KJO, Temple of Eedit; DB 94, Hangar Bay I-95

Go you guys go !!! Love to see everyone busy with fun projects ! Each one sounds great !!!
And as to Willrow....on my list to do one of these days cause its a real fun one - everyone loves the runnings of the Hoods !!!
Had to share...not a huge collector of stuff - but was trooping an event years ago (little comic book show for the benefit of a local hospital) and picked this up cause - had to !!!
I'm no expert but I've heard that by making an action figure - the name, etc all became canon so good ol' Willrow is firmly entrenched in Star Wars history !

I've got too many things in progress so somedays nothing gets done but planning!!!
Current Star Wars project list:
X-Wing Pilot Helmet build (planning and researching stage)
TK-helmet for myself (about 60% complete)
Sabine Wren Armor for my daughter (90% complete)
R2-D2 version2.0 (adding opening panels and some more functionality)
Some kind of costume for my picky 7 year old son
Thermal Detonator build (considering a 3D printer purchase)
Gonk Droid build (planning stage)
Non Star Wars projects:
Voltron Legendary Defender Costumes
Shiro - for myself (Helmet is 90% done)
Lance - for my son (Helmet is 100% finished, Blaster just needs some touch up paint to be 100% done and starting body armor now)
Allure costume for my daughter - possibly the gown and not armor, still planning.
Still need to add rivets to my new aluminum leg flares on my approved X-Wing costume! |

I snagged a Yavin Hanger Tech costume and I'm splitting it up for both me and Nicole.
I got her a small, tan flighsuit (should arrive today) and I'll let her use the helmet and belt. She has black shoes so that should be an approvable costume.
I'm using the large flightsuit that came with it and black boots from my pilot costumes to make the Yavin Ground crew as discussed here:

I'm currently working on Luke lol, I'm small enough to fit in that speeder toy, so I'm gonna ride around in my speeder and use one of my larger R2's toys to sit in it with me |

I'm approved over here with my jawa now. Those of you in the NER know I'm working on ROTS Anakin / pre-armor Vader. I'll try for dual Legion approval with that one also.
I'm down to needing a haircut and ordering the scarring fluid. Contacts for sith eyes (501st)are optional but I do plan to get them since I wear contacts already.
it's so cool to be a part of this group in its early beginning stages! |

We’re working on making Bro’s old Clone Commander Neyo a bit smaller for me and doing some touch ups.
I’ll be part of Mike’s RFT group build as well - I’m excited for that one, it’s a costume I’ve wanted to do for a while! |

I will submit the traditional Han Solo ANH costume when I get my holster and blaster in a couple of weeks. I was impatient so I submitted as Han Solo post trash compactor. _________________ Charlie Mann
