Please read the post thoroughly. I get a lot of repeat questions when most of the info is already listed.
Locations
Washington, DC
600 Independence Ave SW, Washington, DC 20560
Udvar Hazy
14390 Air & Space Museum Parkway, Chantilly, Va 20151
Shift Times
Thursday
First showing is at 6pm. You’re welcome to troop anywhere from 4pm-midnight.
Friday & Saturday
Primary shift times are 3:30pm-6:30pm and 6:30pm-9:30pm.
They welcome troopers coming early, just make sure you annotate your arrival time on the spreadsheet.
Blasters & Lightsabers
Blasters & Lightsabers are allowed.
Galactic Academy
GA members are allowed.
Changing Rooms
Will get info regarding changing room.
Parking
To be on the parking list, please add your car/plate info by May 23th by 3pm. They are expecting us all day.
Washington, DC
For DC the parking lot is between the American Indian Museum and Air & Scare. You’ll see a little hut. Check in with the parking guard.
Udvar-Hazy
You'll have to use the main parking lot entrance. Grab a ticket. If you need to leave before 6:30pm the guard will check your name on the list, so you don't have to pay.
Early Arrivals
Will check on protocol.
Tickets
no info yet. We will still get vouchers, but last time they didn't want us using them Thursday night. But since we are planning early before ticket sales I'll see if they can give us some tickets for Thursday.
POC
Holly Barringer will be the DC POC. She said she will be there in the evenings.
I will find out if we have a specific POC for Udvar-Hazy.
Accidents happen, but try and not to delete anybody out of the spreadsheet.

From the POC:

Additionally, all of the movie vouchers will be at the box office. They can go any time to pick them up. And as a reminder, you all are able to get snacks & drinks at the box office at no charge during your shifts.

Make sure your car info is updated on the spreadsheet if you haven't finished filling it out before.
If you need to change make sure you edit the spreadsheet by tomorrow (May 23rd).
Trooping Credit
With these troops its hard for me to do attendance since I cannot be at all locations, but please if you want trooping credit, email me/PM/FB message me, with proof of your attendance and when I do the After Action Report I'll include your name. You have up to June 1st to send me a PM/email. I will also be looking at photos all weekend so if I see you in photos I'll mark you down as attended.
