Gallatin Public Library Star Wars Event
This summer, the Gallatin Library's summer reading program theme is The Summer of Fandom. We're kicking off the summer with a week long celebration of Star Wars which culminates in an all ages event on Saturday, June 9th. We're requesting the Rebel Alliance to attend in costume for photo ops with patrons and to make our event more festive for the attendees. If possible, we would like to have one or two members to be part of a discussion panel.

This is a long drive for me, but I'll see if I can get my butt up early enough for it! I'll probably bring Rey, since I'm doing Leia at the zoo event on Sunday.

Update from our contact:
The event doesn't start until 10:00 a.m., but you're more than willing to get here as early as 8:30 a.m. if you need to set up/suit up, etc. When I emailed earlier this year, we discussed having a member of the Rebel Alliance be on a discussion panel. Is that still a possibility? Our panel will be 45 minutes or so, and will start at 1:00 p.m. I also wanted to let you know that we'll have pizza available for you in the staff kitchen, so no worries about your lunch.

I know 501st has discussed the panel a bit, so they may want to pull one or two of us in as well.
