TROOP: Relay For Life 2018
Sat 17th March, 2018 / 1230 / Southern / Charity Troop
LOCATION: Domain Athletics Centre, Hobart

DATE: Sat 17th March, 2018
TIME: Meeting time 12:50; Event start 13:50 with opening ceremony at 2pm (with the Governor of Tasmania present).
MEETING POINT: Track area in costume.
WEAPONS: NO BLASTERS - lightsabers okay as are droid callers
CAMERAS: YES
MULTI LEGION: YES
SECURE CHANGING: YES - still to be confirmed
PARKING: YES - very limited
Danielle, Stephen, & Anthony: parking passes can be obtained at the main gate on the day, just say you are 501st. The organiser David Swann said that would be the easiest way this year. I also have a pass.
We also have one spare pass for anyone who needs one.
WWCC: YES

CHARITY: Yes - Relay for Life - Cancer Council
CHARACTERS REQUESTED: ANY STAR WARS
BACKDROP:

BRIEF: It will be the same go as last year. We walk around the track with the other walkers for a bit, then lead the walkers on the official opening. There will be LOTS of photos. Be prepared that some of the people will be very emotional, they have gone though a lot and seeing us means a lot to them.
