Porg Build

I am working on a full size Porg for special needs kids and Rebel Legion. I have one already made as part of a charity group I already work with and want to get it to Legion standard. Currently I am unsure what needs to be done to accomplish this. Porgy is our first attempt to make a human sized costume.

We want to replace the eyes with a black plastic dome that has one way vision. We are also adding fans inside and a recorded sound box of the noises they make for the kids. Eventually the mouth will be mechanized to move as well but as of yet we are holding off for fear the kids will grab it.

Any pointers would help.
