Rockingham County Fair
The Rockingham County Fair is the state's largest agricultural county fair which attracts 85,000+ guests from throughout the Shenandoah Valley through the Piedmont area of West Virginia, and parts of central and northern Virginia.

The theme of the 2018 event is Here Comes The Fun! and a primary goal is to have more activities and events that appeal to kids ages 12 and younger. Many of these kids would love to have a chance to interact with Star Wars characters but may never get that opportunity at a Disney park. My hope is to have members of the Rebel Legion, the 501st, and possibly droids on the grounds for one or more nights of our event (all the same night or different nights as schedules allow). To provide kids and adults with a unique interactive opportunity and promote the Star Wars universe.
