8/23 - Inova Children's Hospital Troop Falls Church

Based on the feedback the 501st received when a Jedi accompanied them at the monthly visit in June the hospital has expanded the cap of costumers, and asked that RL be included in the invite. I am going to keep the cap at 8 for this initial dual legion visit with 4 spots for the 501st, and 4 spots for the RL. If either group can't fill their spots the other group will be given those slots if there are members willing to participate.

Changing area: secured
Parking: Green Visitor lot across from the children's wing. Parking will be comped by the hospital

Directions: When entering the hospital from the Green Visitor lot take the elevators on the right and head up to the 9th floor. The children's wing is a secured area. Press the silver call button to the right of the door to be admitted.

This is a recurring troop with the Fairfax Inova Children's hospital which will take up to 3hrs. You will be visiting with children in the children's wing of the hospital. The hospital will have designated escorts but our handlers are permitted to assist with any costuming.

Requirements for Troop: You MUST fill out forms For the hospital which cover HIPAA and Flu shots.You MUST have a Current Flu shot. These are by request of the Hospital staff and administration. These Forms can be found in the NoVa Region Tyranus Garrison Facebook Files. I can not negotiate these forms or the Flu shot. (if you don't have access to the group I can email you the files)

The form that you need to bring with you (I always have extra copies in my bin) is now on the Freedom Base facebook group. Look for my recent post until the admins are able to place the file in the files section of the group.
