This page is a listing of the minimum requirements for specific Rebel Legion costumes. Although this list is extensive, it is meant to cover the more common costumes and is not meant to be a complete list of all possible costumes that may be admitted by the Rebel Legion. If your costume is not listed here, you should consult the Legion Membership Officer (LMO) to see if it will be admissable. Changes or additions to this list may be submitted here. For easier reference, the master list has been broken down by character.

Clone Trooper, Episode III Soldier (Phase II)




Required

NOTE: Except for the helmet, Phase II armor is the same as Phase I armor. For standards, from the neck down, see the Clone Trooper, Episode II Soldier Standards

  1. Helmet
    >Episode III (Phase II) style Clone Helmet - Fanmade helmet. Some "name brand" helmets may be unacceptable.
    >Visor - mirrored/chrome or black visor
    >9 blue or black vent stripes on each side of cheek tubes
    >Helmet frown is charcoal grey in color. Wire or plastic mesh is utilized inside the helmet to cover the open pieces of the frown.
    >Grey stripe around back of dome.

Clone Trooper, Galactic Marine



Required Items:


  1. Undersuit
    > The trousers are a grey and have a cod insert on the front. One rectangular cargo pocket with flap centered on the front of each thigh.
    > Upper portion of undersuit may be back or dark grey
  2. Black Gloves
    >Black over the wrist gloves made of leather, nylon, or other low pile fabrics. Gloves must not show any labels or logos once the armor is on and cover any exposed skin.
  3. Helmet
    > GM Clone Style Helmet – Fanmade helmet
    > Black or Green Visor -Welding Shield above grade 5. Lenses may be flat or bubble, either is acceptable
    > White Cowl
  4. Armor
    (1) Chest
    >Specific shape to the GM to include 3 greeblies on front/lower area of chest plate

    (1) Back
    > Specific shape/size to match the GM chest or regular movie style clone armor

    (2) Shoulders
    >Specific shape to the GM, each shoulder is different shape
    > 2 Upper Arms -Seamless regular clone armor

    (2) Forearms
    > Seamless regular clone armor

    (2) Elbows
    > 2 detail slots on the outside area of both elbow pieces regular clone armor

    (2) Elbow
    >Straps regular clone elbow straps, white in color

    (2) Handplates
    >Regular clone armor

    (2) Knees
    > Specific to the GM

    (2) Knee Straps
    > Regular clone knee straps, white in color

    (2) Lower shin/calf
    > Specific to a GM to include 2 sets of white straps with clip greeblies each

    (2) Boot Armor Plates

    Note:
    - All armor should be weathered. Black wash is an example of an acceptable weathering technique.
    - Exposed rivets are not acceptable.


  5. Belt
    > Belt has 2 large and 2 small pouches accompanied by 2 buckle-looking greeblies on the front and a kama buckle in the front/center
    > Top of belt should be mounted just below the chest/back plates with little or no gap visible
  6. Boots
    > Must be white leather or leather-like with the sole pattern to match as closely as possible to the movie costume.
    > Most identifiable features include a high arch pattern on the inside of the sole, four profile "swoops" between the sole and leather.
    > Snaps on both side of heel upper to secure the boot armor is suggested.
  7. Kama
    > Color should closely match that of armor
    > Length starts just under belt down to top of shin armor / Width is larger at the top than the bottom
    > 4" split at back/bottom/center
    > 2 white straps connect to belt via kama buckle
  8. Ammo Boxes
    > 3 white ammo boxes and one grey clip greeblie attached to a grey strap on right side of chest
    > 2 smaller white ammo boxes are attached to the right bicep on a white strap.
  9. Backpack
    > Consists of a main shell and two side shells over a base mounted to the back armor. Also has a detonator type attachment underneath with 4 pouches below that and assorted greebles to the side of the backpack.
  10. Pauldron



Recommended
These costume elements are in addition to the required list of costume parts and are optional. This list provides costuming options that increase the level of accuracy of the costume and give a costumer ideas to consider for improvement.

  1. Chest and back plate should match together at the sides giving it a united appearance
  2. Limit or eliminate the use of metallic silver weathering


Optional
Elements listed as acceptable here may not be traditionally associated with a costume, but are not so unreasonable as to detract from it. Please keep in mind that the following items may not be allowed at certain canon/high profile appearances.

  1. DC15 Short Rifle - Troopers with white kama trim
  2. DC15 Long Rifle
  3. Kama trim color

Clone Trooper, 327th Star Corps



Required

NOTE: This clone wears Phase II (Episode III) armor with additional paint and accessories. Only those additional items are listed here.

  1. Helmet
    >Marigold color stripe down the center, starting in the rear above the grey band and tapering slightly toward the chin.
  2. Armor
    (1) Chest
    >Marigold stripe down the center

    (2) Shoulders
    >Marigold stripe down the center

    (2) Upper Arms
    >Marigold stripe on the outside of the bicep, located slightly more toward the front

    (2) Forearms
    >Marigold stripe on upper/outside

    (2) Handplates
    >Marigold stripes down center

    (2) Knees
    >Marigold stripes down center
  3. Belt
    >2 Marigold stripes on the center-most raised rectangular details
  4. Boots
    >2 Marigold stripes. One on the boot strap and one just below the strap
  5. Pauldron
    >Episode III style pauldron
    >One large shoulder plate approximately the width of the helmet and painted in a brown/sienna color
    >One black smaller shoulder plate approximately the same width as the distance from the neck and outer line of the armor at the shoulder
    >Mantle (or base) should be black
    Note:
    The 327th Star Corps clone may wear the pauldron to the left or right.
  6. Ammo Boxes
    >3 ammo boxes are attached to a dark grey strap that is attached to the pauldron (on the opposite side of the large shoulder plate) and runs down to the belt. Outer area of boxes is white. Inner portion is raw sienna with a black square located towards the top.
    >2 smaller ammo boxes are attached to the bicep (opposite the large shoulder plate) on a light grey strap. One box is located on the front of the bicep and the other is located on the outside. Outer area of boxes is white. Inner portion is raw sienna.
  7. Kama
    >Brown and rectangular shaped with 4 inch "V" cut in bottom/center
    >Straps are attached to kama buckle with clips and are stitched to the inside of the kama
  8. Kama buckle
    >Buckle is located under the front/center of the belt. Kama straps are attached to the buckle with clips
  9. Pistols and Holsters
    >One holster on each hip, hanging from the belt
    >2 DC-17 Pistols (see photo reference)
