This page is a listing of the minimum requirements for specific Rebel Legion costumes. Although this list is extensive, it is meant to cover the more common costumes and is not meant to be a complete list of all possible costumes that may be admitted by the Rebel Legion. If your costume is not listed here, you should consult the Legion Membership Officer (LMO) to see if it will be admissable. Changes or additions to this list may be submitted here. For easier reference, the master list has been broken down by character.
NOTE: The costume standards are a guide, yet are not an all inclusive outline of required elements. The judges will be looking for quality of workmanship, accurate execution and use of materials in addition to these general standards check lists. Barriss Offee(Episode II: Attack of the Clones and Episode III: Revenge of the Sith)
Required Items:
1. Blue raised textured or patterned cloak with large hood made of non-shiny material. The cloak should have a collar that wraps around neck and a front yoke. The front of the hood should loop up to attach to the bottom of the collar. Cloak should be long and reach just above the ground.
2. Black or very deep, dark blue long-sleeved top made of non-shiny material that should appear horizontally ribbed. Top should be fitted and sleeves must cover wrist and fit tightly to the wrists. Top must have a front middle panel that is wider at the top then at the bottom. Top must be tucked inside skirt
3. Must have a fitted hood or separate fitted cowl to cover and hide hair and ears.
4. Black or very deep, dark blue (colour should match top) flared full-length non ribbed skirt made of non-shiny drapey material. Skirt should be tightly fitted from waist to mid-thigh and flare to the ground. Top and skirt are to be two separate pieces.
5. Calf high or knee high black boots. Boots should have a heel but no higher than 4cms.
6. 19 Black Facial dimond tattoos with pale very light yellow base makeup. Lips should be black.
7. Tattoos also on top of the hands as well as black painted nails. Hands should also have the same yellow base.
8. Dark brown leather belt with heart-shaped decoration on buckle. Belt should be approx. 7-7.5cm in width. Buckle is approx.5-1cm thicker. Decoration is a love heart shape in a bronze and gold colour. There are also small gold dots around edge of decoration.
9. Lightsaber hilt (not a toy). If using a blade it must be blue.

Mace Windu (Episode I: The Phantom Menace)
Required Items:
- Grayish taupe outer tunic, tabbards (extending only to waist in back) and slightly wrinkled obi sash.
- Off-white or white inner tunic.
- Off-white or white pants.
- Light burgundy leather belt with smaller inner strap, no rivets and a silver buckle.
- Brown leather boots at least calf high, no higher than knee high.
- TPM Mace silver lightsaber hilt.
- Costumer should be bald.
You must have at least one of the following items to be accepted:
- Brown robe with flared hood and sleeves slightly shorter than outer tunic.
- Jedi food capsules.
- Covertec clip.

- Brownish gold tweed outer tunic (with shoulder tucks, extends to at least to or slightly above the kneecaps), tabbards (extending only to waist in back) and wrinkled obi sash.
- Off-white inner tunic.
- White pants.
- Brown leather belt with smaller inner strap held by 2 gold button studs and silver buckle.
- Knee length chocolate brown leather boots that appear to fold over from top part of boot to about the middle of calf; boots also must be a lighter brown at the top and a darker brown towards the middle and have a belt strap running down from the middle of the boot to spanning across the lower shoe portion of the boot
- AOTC/ROTS Mace Windu Hero lightsaber hilt.
- Small ribbed brown comlink belt pouch.
- Tall ribbed brown comlink belt pouch.
- Rectangular wide ribbed brown belt pouch
- Costumer should be bald.
You must have at least one of the following items to be accepted:
- Dark reddish brown robe with a flared pointy hood and long "wizard" sleeves.
- 8 Jedi food capsules.
- Covertec clip.

- Dark gray-brown pants
- Calf-length dark brown boots
- Brown leather belt with smaller inner strap held by silver button studs and silver rectangular buckle

Formal Requirements: You must have at least one of the following items to be accepted:

- 4 food Capsules in the following colors (Silver, Copper, Bronze, & Gold)
- 1 wide & 1 tall screen accurate pouches (modeled after Anakin AOTC pouches)
Recommended but not Required:
- Kit Fitso hero lightsaber hilt
- Correct color lightsaber blade

- Jedi utility belt with square buckle held in place by two D-rings
- Gray or taupe pants
- Knee-high square-toed boots
- Covertec clip
- One wide ribbed brown pouch
- Lightsaber, preferably one of the prequel clan sabers
- Clean shaven with long hair in topknot

Shaak Ti
Required for Formal:
1. Full floor-length full dark brick red skirt. Fabric must be either finely pleated or be of a crinkle fabric with a pleated look.
2. Long sleeved dark brown top with lower-cut neckline.
3. Golden/Tan thin tabard/neck scarf (describe by Trisha Biggar as silk seersucker hanging tabs) with circle print or made from a highly textured/ scrubby fabric. Should extend down to about knee-length.
4. Brown belt with bronze rectangle buckle.
5. Accurate calf length leather/leather like tabard/skirt panel. If leather, can be hand tooled and painted. If leather-like fabric is used, it would need to be painted with the accurate design and could be shaded to give the appearance of tooling.
6. Accurate and proportional Lekku/headpiece with head and face jewelry.
7. Nails must be painted silver, silver with a black stripe or all black
8. Dark brown Jedi robe. Front of robe does not reach floor and curtains down.
9. Orange-red and white accurate paint on face, neck, chest, and hands.
10. Lightsaber - no toys - if bladed, the blade color must be blue.
11. Footwear is barely seen as skirt touches the ground, but should be a smooth toed brown boot/shoe.[/b]

Luminara Unduli
Required Items:
1. Brown headpiece made of a matte fabric such as woolfelt or wool blend. The "wings" of the headpiece should extend out to almost the shoulder width and have the fabric drape down just past the top of the shoulder. Headpiece should have trim along the forehead and hem in a manner as close to the original costume as possible.
2. Skirt should be either black or a very dark brown lightweight dress fabric such as silk or cotton and is broomstick pleated. About 1.5" above each seam of the circle tiers is 3 rows of rouched self fabric (lace is acceptable).
3. The shirt is black or very dark brown lightweight fabric. The shirt also has a center pleated panel that runs down the entire front of the shirt.
4. The cape fabric is a pattern of brown and dark brown (or black). Burn-out fabrics, prints, brocades, etc with a similar pattern or texture to the original cloak should be used. The cape has a large hood and the sleeves are constructed so that they appear to be bloused upward or slit.
5. Accurate leather single tabard and leather bracers that are carved and painted/dyed with a pearlescent quality to the paint/dye.
6. shoes/boots are black
7. Accurate dark brown or black leather belt/double belt. Belt has two circular metallic antique gold/brass colored medallions.
8. Black face painted diamonds on pale very light greenish base makeup
* fingernails are painted black,
* lipstick is black on bottom lip only.
9. Accurate brooch at neck with dangles and an antiqued metal appearance.
10. Green bladed lightsaber - no toys.

- Bronze or similar colored full-body unitard

- Brown leather (or leather like) tabbard with belt (required details: ties across front of the neck, metallic buckle on front, and shoulder bells)
- Double-bladed lightsaber
Formal Requirements:
You must have at least two of the following items to be accepted:
- Two metallic strips on back of gauntlets over hands
- Two belt boxes to the right of belt buckle
- Pig-tailed hair with tan bindings (scrunchie or otherwise, knot hidden)

The Old Republic Armored Jedi

Required Items:
1. TOR Jedi Armor plating consisting of accurate chest, forearm/wrist, hand, cod, thigh and shin armor. Armor should be painted in a camo green/earthy color scheme, with silver accents similar to source images. LFL blue 'release' color scheme is allowable. Armor should be well fitted to the wearer without excessive gap between chest and cod plate.
2. Light Brown full body undersuit, specifically tights or other body fitting clothing. One or two piece, but join must not be easily visible. Any zippers must be hidden by robe.
3. Dark brown ankle high slip on Boots, with no zippers/laces, able to be tucked under shin Armor.
4. Brown Jedi Robe, heel length, with sleeves finishing at the elbows/wrist gauntlets, and deep hood.
5. Dark brown full fingered gloves, with grip on the palms.
6. Non toy lightsaber hilt. If bladed, blade may not be red or black.
Formal Requirements:
You must have at least one of the following items to be accepted
1. ‘Communicator’ and pouches on the Cod Armor/Faux Belt
2. Armor plating on the boots
3. Orange LED center circle and two small orange LED lights at bottom of chest armor.

Required Items:
1. 'Natural' colored (ecru or very light tan) outer tunic, mid-thigh length, with shoulder tucks
2. 'Natural' colored (ecru or very light tan) or light khaki-green colored jersey or knit inner tunic
3. ‘Natural’ colored (ecru or very light tan) tabards. Tabards end 1-2” past the outer tunic line in the back and fall to knee level in the front.
4. ‘Natural’ colored (ecru or very light tan) obi extending approximately 3” past top and bottom of belt. Obi closure in rear should be inconspicuous.
5. Dark brown pants.
6. Brown leather belt with smaller inner strap held by 8 silver button studs and silver buckle attached to inner strap with two 'D'-rings
7. Covertec clip (original style).
8. Qui-Gon's Hero lightsaber hilt
9. Two movie accurate tall ribbed belt pouches.
10. Belt components should be arranged in the proper order.

Required Items:
