I used a vintage jumpsuit pattern by
Kwiksew patterns. The fabric is a
waterproof fabric used for cold weather
wear. I loved the texture and the colors
looked great. I was able to alter the
pattern and do all of the quilting
(shoulders, arms, legs and the princess
side front and back) added piping to the
princess seams front and back and in the
collar. The suit is fully lined. My boots,
are a vintage pair of congress boots that
have been repainted.

My hair is my favorite part. Again I can
do either ginger or brown. It is funny to
note hat this style is the only one to utilize
mostly my natural hair. The top bun is my
hair shaped over a form and the side
looped braids are additions.

For props I have the Stormtrooper blaster.
I am surprised how comfortable and
flattering this costume is. It is probably
my favorite to pose in.
