During the research for my Rogue One costumes I found a fourth version of Rebel infantry on Yavin 4. These rebels wear dark blue cargo pants and a long dark blue jacket/coat with folded up sleeves that are light gray or blue on the inside. The jacket/coat has large front flaps or pockets. Most of these rebels wear grenade vests but one wears a dark brown open-back vest. Most wear donut-helmets but one has a tan/khaki cap.

In the movie, you can spot one in the dark hangar when Cassian and Jyn walk to the U-Wing. Another two are passing Cassian and Jyn when they walk towards the imperial shuttle. I never had clear enough references to figure out what exactly was different but I found a couple of the scenes photos that make it a little bit clearer. Unfortunately, I still have not found photos of the back.

All Troopers are different to each other. There are more than 20 different versions of Troopers.

In general, your statement is true. Every single Scarif Marine is unique in the his or her combination of clothing and equipment items.

My statement is also true. I think you forgot that we are currently, putting the Scarif Marines in different categories for the CS depending on the item they wear as the first clothing layer on their torso. One category is the Andor/Sefla/Basteren Style jackets, one is the Melshi/Kapphel style tunics and the last was the Calfor style anorak. Now there is a fourth version with this dark blue coat.

With each of those items we see reacuring patterns. For instance, a jacket is not worn in combination with a Casrich helmet or a grenade vest. As far as I know, a Casrich helmet is only worn with a anorak that looks similar to the Russian Gorka 3 and 4. The grenade vest is only worn with an anorak or the coat. I used to think those coats were blue tunics but now I know better because I found clearer references.
