I decided to not make the pathfinder with all tan/khaki clothing and the DH-17 rifle as my 3rd Scarif Marine because reusing too many items from other approved Marines seems to be an issue in the approval process of a new costume. I was planning on reusing the items from my first two Marine to create the 3rd. The only new item would have been the self-made pants but I will use the fabric for something else.

That is also the reason why my 2nd Scarif Marine will be having completely different colored items, a tan PLCE belt with a different buckle, other pouches, and the DH-17 rifle instead of an A-300 nerf blaster. I will only re-use my boots, anklet cuffs, and my cap radio because they are the same for every Marine that wears a cap. I made a new WIP for my second Marine.

I just read through your topic again. I love the illustrations you use to determine exactly what is where.

The French pouches get me. its seems a very odd way to carry grenades, all lopsided on one side.

The US Army used to have a very similar pouch. The first grenade pouch that I bought was one of those. Both versions have the tye for the leg but the US version has a strange hook on the back instead of the belt loop that the French version has. I am doing some work on my US pouch so that I can use it for the EA Battlefront 1 and 2 Scarif Troopers. I took off the leg tye and will ad the belt loop.

US Version (leg tye is in the lower pouch)

US Version (current state, the hook and leg tye are gone)

French Version
