We were given a rain date for the game that was cancelled back on May 21. June 4th came around and the weather was, once again, looking questionable. Thankfully, it held off till after the game!

I arrived around 3:15pm to make sure things were all set for us. Josh and Ryan were also there and we began to unload our stuff into the conference room. Troopers began arriving at 4pm. Mike, our event host went through a run down of the nights events. He was very appreciative that we were able to come back. They treated us great, brought in loads of pizza and drinks.

Once the troopers were dressed, they went outside to greet the fans waiting to get in the gates at 5:00pm. The lines were HUGE and wrapped around the stadium. The troopers did a great job entertaining the fans and I don't think they (fans) minded waiting to get in. Once the crowd died down outside the gates, we proceeded to the first base line to get ready for the first pitches, all 26 of them! Everyone went out and stood behind the mound as the kids/adults threw out the first pitches.

By the time the pitches were done, everyone needed a quick break. It was very hot and humid, so a water/pizza break was needed. We went back into the conference room and then enjoyed some cake for Aden. His birthday was the day of the troop. Once everyone was cooled down, it was back outside to get photos with fans.

5th inning, I walked Rey (Jazz Perez) down to the visiting teams dugout, she helped Loco shoot t-shirts out of the t-shirt cannon. The crowd loved it!

End of 7th, we all piled into the elevator to get ready for the bagel races (at the end of the 8th inning) You would think we would have plenty of time to get down to the basement before the 8th inning even began, right? Wrong... The elevator operator pushed the B for basement button but instead of going down, we went up. We ended up stopping at every single floor on the way up and down. By the time we reached the basement, the top of the 9th was starting and we missed our skit. Mike (our host) did a terrific job at figuring out what we could do. The middle of the 9th (thankfully the Curve was losing or this couldn't have worked) They brought the bagels back out on the field to wave at the fans. At this point, the troopers stormed out onto the field and grabbed Cindy (Cinnamon bagel) and arrested her. The crowd roared and cadet Jake Lane's kids could be heard screaming "Go Daddy Go".

End of game before the fireworks, the announcer came out and said they could not start the fireworks unless they are able to get Cindy back. *Cue Imperial March* The troopers escorted Cindy back out to the field and Loco, The Jedi's and a Tusken came to rescue Cindy. It was priceless to watch Loco Force push Skippy, Jake and Schraeder and they did a fantastic job at falling. I believe Skippy might have been the only causality with a little busted armor. After they rescued Cindy, they chased after the blueberry bagel (Mike our host was dressed in it) and that was it.

We had a fabulous time and I want to thank everyone who was able to show up! Mike was so happy to have us back and we put on a great show for them.

After the game we went to a Mexican restaurant since all the other places were packed because of some hockey game. We celebrated Aden's birthday there as well and had a great time!
